Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PulseCard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PulseCard is a web application that connects to your Zendesk account to generate agent performance scorecards, track metrics, and provide insights for customer support teams.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be authorized to connect the Zendesk account you integrate with PulseCard
• One organization per account; the account creator becomes the organization owner

4. Zendesk Integration

• PulseCard accesses your Zendesk data via OAuth with read-only permissions
• We will never modify, create, or delete data in your Zendesk account
• You can disconnect Zendesk access at any time from Settings
• You must comply with Zendesk's own Terms of Service when using PulseCard

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to PulseCard
• You retain ownership of your Zendesk data — we only process it to provide the Service
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data
• You can export or delete all your data at any time

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time by requesting data deletion in Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, we will delete all your data within 30 days

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
